Accessing Live Chat

There have been some reported problems when attempting to participate in the Live show chat room.  Please read on...

Unfortunately, the Live chat, at the present time, is powered by Justin.tv.  The Justin.tv account is separate from the iCweekly account.  If you wish to participate in the Live show chat and have not done so already, you will need to create a Justin.tv account.  Doing so will allow you to login to the chat room.

It should also be noted that one does not require an iCWeekly account in order to watch, or participate, in the Live shows.  The only account required, to participate within the Live show chat, is the Justin.tv account.

If you already have a Justin.tv account and are still having problems accessing the chat, please let us know, via a comment to this entry.  We will do what we can to assist you in solving the problem.

 After examining some of the error reports, it would appear that some of the login problems are when users are attempting to log on to their iCWeekly accounts.

If you experience any problems logging into your iCWeekly account, please, let us know by sending an email to us.

Please let us know what operating system you are using and the Internet browser you are using.

 

Some trouble-shooting tips:

Try clearing the Internet Cache and clearing all cookies.  It is important that cookies are allowed for the iCWeekly site.
